Cancellation Process

Visa cancellations may be processed either online or offline, depending on the type of visa applied for.


Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellation charges are applied on a per person, per visa basis.

  • A full refund is available if the visa request is canceled before Visa Expresss submits the application to the relevant authorities.

  • No cancellations are permitted once the visa application has been submitted and is under processing by the issuing authority.

  • Once a visa is issued, cancellations are subject to both the issuing authority’s cancellation policy and Visa Expresss' service fees.

  • All submitted visa applications are non-refundable. However, applications under the “Full Refund If Rejected” promotion are eligible for a refund as per the timeline mentioned below.


Appointments with VFS Global or Similar Agencies

  • For applications processed through VFS Global or similar third-party agencies, any administrative charges for rescheduling or no-shows will follow the respective agency’s policy.

  • In case of a no-show at the visa application center, Visa Expresss will assist in rescheduling the appointment upon payment of the applicable Rescheduling Fee.

  • This fee may vary depending on the specific country, city, and visa application center.


Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days and will be credited to the original method of payment.
